Spectra Property Management Software
The RealPage Idea Exchange is a way for our customers to make suggestion and vote on eachother's ideas. Ideas with multiple votes indicate that a suggestion may have a global benefit and will be weighted higher in our decision to consider the change for an upcoming release.
As Spectra has moved into the maintenance phase of the software lifecycle, we will be making minor improvements to the software and making maintenance and compliance upgrades, annually. We will still consider customer enhancement requests submitted through the Idea Exchange, that have a global benefit.
If you have an idea or request that you would like to have included in a future release, please use the following steps to register for the RealPage Client Portal.
To Register for the Client Portal
- Go to Realpage Secure Client Portal
- Click the link. New User Registration.
- Select your Customer Number Type and enter your customer number.
- Account Number: Located on your Invoice. **
- Customer ID: Located on your order form. **
- Click Search.
- Select your level of Access: The Property Management Company.
- Enter your Contact Information.
- Click Submit.
Your login information will be sent via email from:clientportaladminstrator@realpage.com*
*If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk Mail folder.
**If you do not have an invoice with your Account Number and Customer ID, you are welcome to call support and we will be happy to provide this to you.
Access the Idea Exchange
- Log in to the Realpage Client Portal
- Click 'Submit an Idea' under Idea Exchange.
- Fill out all the required infromation and be as specific as possible.
- Click Submit.
- Your idea may now be viewed and voted on by other Client Portal users.
