The Spectra Help File is now available on-line. This change will allow us to actively improve and update the Spectra Help Files without requiring a separate release. You can explore the new Help, here

Spectra has been upgraded to Microsoft Access 365, in anticipation of the plan to sunset Microsoft Office 2016, in October 2025. Access has remained, largely unchanged since the release of Microsoft 2016, and you will be able to continue to use Microsoft Office 2016 or newer versions.

The New York Lease Renewal process has been updated in compliance with New York DHCR.

You can now reach the RealPage Customer Portal from the Company Screen. We have added a link under the Online Resources section.

If you use both the Standard 005 - Supplier EDI and the Tenant Pre-Authorized Payments modules, you can now add a separate Originator ID, if required by your bank. You will just need to check the box "Separate Originator ID Required for EDI" and fill in the additional ID. If your bank does not require a separate ID for for supplier payments no action is required.

We have also completed a minor update for the Bank Reconcilation report to improve how the report displays .
